Dear members and friends,
After almost seven wonderful years as GEN Europe communications manager, the time has come for me to move on to new projects, and I’ll be transitioning out of GEN EU as of February 2024.
This means that…GEN Europe is hiring! We’re searching for a new communications manager, someone whose heart beats for writing and design, who’s excited to create new content and bring fresh ideas, and find new opportunities to raise the profile of ecovillages in the wider world. On a personal note, while I’m excited for the path ahead, GEN Europe has a huge place in my heart and it will be hard to leave this network that feels like home! It’s been such a joy to work with the incredible staff team and many different councils over the years, to visit your communities, and to share moments with you at the Gathering and GA. I’ve so much enjoyed reading your news, receiving your updates, and learning about your projects. I take many beautiful memories with me and will always stay close to GEN!
