Valériane & Nathan zijn twee Franse WWOOF-ers die bij Bouwie vrijwilligers werk kwamen doen en uiteindelijk een mini documentaire over hem maakte en zo een start gaven aan hun online platform ‘living otherwise’. Deze avond zullen ze zelf hun korte film met jullie delen.

In the heart of a peaceful forest in the east of the Netherlands, Bouwie Greenman has chosen to turn away from urban life to create a way of life “Off the grid”, deeply aligned with his core values: self-sufficiency, joyful sobriety and community living.
Aboard their converted van Volkø, Valériane and Nathan, a nomadic couple in search of meaning, set out to meet him.
Through a poetic immersion into his daily life, Bouwie shares with us his existence in tune with the rythm of the earth, in harmony with the living world, nurtured by his knowledge about permaculture and food forest.
This documentary invites us to slow down, to question what is essential for us and guides us, and to open perspectives to different ways of living.
Perhaps it will awaken in you, as it did in us, the call to meet him — where the forest begins.
